Return Policy

Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction.

If you receive a package with merchandise that has been damaged during shipping or is defective, you may request a return if you notify Tender Tots Baskets within 3 days of delivery.  We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you have a return for any other reason, full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition, including packaging, within 14 days.  Please note, pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for any opened baby products. All gifts in the basket must be unopened and in original packaging. When contacting us please be sure to include your name, phone, email and reason for return in order to receive a refund. 

Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable.

Disclaimer

TTB reserves the right to substitute certain products due to supply issues and/or delays in shipping from vendors.  TTB will substitute an item of similar color, description, price value and quality of the original item.  In the event, you do not like the substitution, you must contact us via email within (3) days of the receipt of the basket to return the basket and all items included pursuant to our Return Policy requirements.
